Chasha Sugar Mills incorporates a new subsidiary

In a notification sent to the PSX on 19/03/2024, Chashma Sugar Mills (CHAS) has announced that it is setting up a new subsidiary.

Chashma Sugar Mills Limited is to create a new company called “Premier Grain Ethanol Limited“. The company will produce and sell various varieties of Ethanol and related products. The paid-up capital of the new company will be 650.02 million rupees divided into 65.002 million Ordinary Shares.

The shares of CHAS were trading at Rs. 65.00 at market close today.
