EFERT chairman resigns

In a notification sent to PSX on 26/04/2024, Engro Fertilizers Limited (EFERT) has announced the resignation of its chairman and director from his position.

This is to inform you that Mr. Ghias Khan has resigned as Chairman & Director from the Board of Engro Fertilizers Limited with effect from April 25, 2024. The casual vacancy arising from the above resignation will be filled by the Board of Directors in due course of time.

the shares of Efert were last trading at Rs. 175.90 today.
