Resignation of EPQL Director

In a notification sent to PSX on 01/04/2024, Engro Powergen Qadirpur (EPQL) renowned director has resigned from the post.

Mr Yusuf Jamil Siddique has resigned from the board of directors position from Engro Powergen Qadirpur. The resignation is effective from 31/03/2024.

The position will be filled by the board of directors in due course.
