PSO partners with HUBCO Green for EV charging

ON 17/02/2025, Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) disclosed the following material information.

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with HUBCO Green (Private) Limited to develop and market electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and provide EV charging services at selected PSO fuel stations throughout Pakistan. The agreement was signed on February 14, 2025.

“Approval for the incorporation of an International Joint Trading Company at Singapore by Pakistan State Oil (PSO) and State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR)” was part of the agenda of the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) meeting of the Cabinet held on February 14, 2025. Certain media outlets have announced approval of the same; however, we are yet to receive the minutes/decisions of the meeting and shall update the Exchange on the same once received.
