HINOON director sells over Rs 4.8m worth of stock

In a notification sent to the PSX on 02/05/2024, Highnoon Laboratories Ltd (HINOON) reported a transaction by the non-executive director Ghulam Hussain Khan.

The transaction was carried out by Ghulam Hussain Khan, who is a non-executive director. He has sold a total of 8300 shares of the company at a price of Rs. 583.99 per share. The total amount for this transaction stands at Rs. 4,847,117.

The shares of HINOON were last trading at Rs. 570.26 today.
