In a notification sent to PSX on 02/04/2024, EFUL Life Assurance limited (EFUL) has acquired 100% shares of EFUL Health.

EFUL life assurance has disclosed the acquisition of shares in EFUL Health. It is mentioned that the transaction has been completed.

The shares of EFUL Life Assurance Ltd were last trading at Rs 191.51 today.
