ANL update on land and equipment sale

In a notification sent to PSX on 01/04/2024, Azgard Nine Limited (ANL) has announced the it sold the land and equipment belonging to Muzaffargarh unit.

This is the continuation of the communication made in respect to the creditors, the arrangement to sell the Muzaffargarh unit including land and equipment is effective from 31/03/2024. Although the sale transaction completion date is extended to June 30, 2024.

The shares of ANL were last trading at Rs. 7.21 today.
