Resignation of FFC director

In a notification sent to PSX on 18/04/2024, Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has announced that a director has resigned from his post.

Mr Rashid Mahmood has resigned from the director’s position at Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited. The resignation is effective from 18/04/2024.

The position has been filled by Mr Waseem Ajmal Chaudhary.

The shares of the FFC were last trading at Rs 137.30 today.
