TREET sells another 2.4mn shares of TBL

In a notification sent to the PSX on 10/05/2024, Treet Battery Limited (TBL) reported a transaction by a substantial shareholder.

The transaction was carried out by the substantial shareholder TREET Corporation Limited (TREET).

They bought a total of 2,453,000 shares of the company at a price of Rs. 27.22 per share. The total amount for this transaction stands at about Rs. 66.8 million.

TBL shares were last trading at Rs. 27.95 today.
