TBL reports insider transactions worth over Rs 15 million
In a notification sent to the PSX on 25/06/2024, Treet Battery Limited (TBL) reported a transaction by a substantial shareholder.
The transaction was carried out by Treet Corporation Limited, which is a substantial shareholder.
They sold a total of 740,078 shares of the company at a price of Rs. 20.53 per share. The total amount for this transaction stands at Rs. 15,199,564.86.
