NETSOL insider transaction worth Rs.6 million

In a notification sent to the PSX on 22/04/2024, Netsol Technologies Limited (NETSOL) reported a transaction by the Executive Director.

The transaction was carried out by Omar Shahab Ghauri, who is an Executive Director.

He sold a total of 50,000 shares of the company for Rs. 120.94 per share. The total amount for this transaction stands at Rs. 6,047,000.
