In a notification sent to PSX on 23/04/2024, LSE Ventures Limited (LSEVL) has announced that their renowned director has resigned from the post.

We have to inform you that Mr. Abid Latif Khan has resigned from the Directorship of LSE Ventures Limited with immediate effect.

In order to fill the casual vacancy, the Nomination Committee of the Board of the Company has decided to induct Ms. Aasiya Riaz, as a Director of the Company, in place of Mr. Abid Latif Khan with effect from April 23, 2024.

The shares of the LSEVL were last trading at Rs. 4.70 today.
