NETSOL insider transaction over Rs. 6 million

In a notification sent to the PSX on 19/04/2024, NETSOL Technologies Limited (NETSOL) reported a transaction by the Executive Director.

The transaction was carried out by Omar Shahab Ghauri, who is the Executive Director.

He sold a total of 50000 shares of the company for Rs. 120.72 per share. The total amount for this transaction stands at Rs. 6,036,000.
