AsiaPak Investments Limited<\/strong> and <strong>Montage Oil DMCC<\/strong> for the <strong>sale of all of the company\u2019s shares<\/strong> held by <strong>LCC Korea (1,135,860,105 shares, constituting approximately 75.01% of the issued and paid-up capital of the company)<\/strong>. This divestment is part of <strong>LCC Korea\u2019s business portfolio transformation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The <strong>consummation of the divestment<\/strong> shall remain subject to the <strong>procurement of all applicable regulatory and corporate approvals<\/strong> and the <strong>fulfillment of requisite closing conditions<\/strong>.
