{"id":5593,"date":"2024-06-06T18:56:13","date_gmt":"2024-06-06T13:56:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ksestocks.com\/blog\/?p=5593"},"modified":"2024-06-06T18:56:15","modified_gmt":"2024-06-06T13:56:15","slug":"tele-to-invest-up-to-rs-400-million-in-hcls-rights-issue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ksestocks.com\/blog\/tele-to-invest-up-to-rs-400-million-in-hcls-rights-issue\/","title":{"rendered":"TELE to invest up to Rs 400 Million in HCL&#8217;s rights issue"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In a notification sent to PSX on 06\/06\/2024, <a href=\"https:\/\/ksestocks.com\/blog\/tag\/tele\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"TELE\">Telecard Limited (TELE)<\/a> announced the proposed investment of 400 million as the board of directors resolved the aggregate amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The Board of Directors (\u201cBoard\u201d) of Telecard Limited (the \u201cCompany\u201d have resolved, through circulation to invest up to an aggregate amount of <strong>PKR 400,000,000\/<\/strong>&#8211; (Pak Rupees Four Hundred Million) in the potential right issue intended to be carried out by the Company&#8217;s subsidiary i.e. Hallmark Company Limited (\u201cHallmark\u201d) in the near future, by subscribing to ordinary shares of Hallmark during the potential right issue process (as and when approved and announced by the board of directors of Hallmark) at a face value of <strong>PKR. 10\/- per ordinary share of Hallmark<\/strong>, subject to obtaining the necessary approval of the shareholders of the Company in accordance with Section 199 of the Companies Act, 2017.
