Key points include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Capital Injection in UAE Subsidiary<\/strong>: Establishment of Treet Trading LLC in Dubai, with an initial capital injection of USD 100,000 for 100,000 shares at USD 1 each.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corporate Guarantee to Loads Limited<\/strong>: Approval of a cross-corporate guarantee up to PKR 1.5 billion to support working capital facilities for Loads Limited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EOGM Notice and Agenda<\/strong>: The EOGM will be held on June 28, 2024, at 10:00 AM at 72-B, Industrial Area, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore.
