(\u201cthe Acquirer&#8221;) have acquired on May 24, 2024, -400,000-voting shares of Engro Polymer &amp; Chemicals Limited (&#8220;the Company&#8221;) at the rate of <strong>Rs.43.69 per share<\/strong>.
