{"id":4453,"date":"2024-04-29T13:55:51","date_gmt":"2024-04-29T08:55:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ksestocks.com\/blog\/?p=4453"},"modified":"2024-04-29T13:55:54","modified_gmt":"2024-04-29T08:55:54","slug":"mari-greenlights-rs-2-5-billion-equity-investment-in-mmc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ksestocks.com\/blog\/mari-greenlights-rs-2-5-billion-equity-investment-in-mmc\/","title":{"rendered":"MARI greenlights Rs. 2.5 billion equity investment in MMC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In a notification sent to PSX on 29\/04\/2024, Mari Petroleum Company Limited (MARI) announced the investment in Mari Mining Company Ltd (MMC) through equity investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><br>The Board of Directors of Mari Petroleum Company Limited (\u201cMPCL\u201d) in its meeting held on April 26, 2024, has approved an investment of up to <strong>Rs. 2.5 billion<\/strong> by MPCL in MMC by way of equity injection.
