The total amount for this transaction stands at <strong>Rs. 5,051,603,844.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadeem Nisar had acquired more than 10% shareholding in the company after <a href=\"https:\/\/ksestocks.com\/blog\/should-you-trade-psmc-share-in-the-current-environment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Should you trade PSMC share in the current environment?\">PSMC announced delisting<\/a>. When the company had settled on a <a href=\"https:\/\/ksestocks.com\/blog\/psmc-buyout-price-determined-at-rs-609-by-psx\/\" title=\"PSMC buyout price determined at Rs. 609 by PSX\">delisting price of Rs. 609 per share<\/a>, Nadeem still held <strong>10% stake<\/strong> in the company. Many were speculating that this would lead to a revised delisting price.
