{"id":3590,"date":"2024-04-03T17:30:56","date_gmt":"2024-04-03T17:30:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ksestocks.com\/blog\/?p=3590"},"modified":"2024-04-03T17:31:01","modified_gmt":"2024-04-03T17:31:01","slug":"prl-and-airlink-withdraw-intention-to-acquire-shel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ksestocks.com\/blog\/prl-and-airlink-withdraw-intention-to-acquire-shel\/","title":{"rendered":"PRL and AIRLINK withdraw intention to acquire SHEL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In a notification sent to PSX on 03\/04\/2024, Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL) and Air Link Communication Limited (AIRLINK) have decided not to go ahead with their plan to buy a big chunk of shares of Shell Pakistan Limited (SHEL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The negotiations with Shell Pakistan Limited didn&#8217;t work out, PRL and AIRLINK are now\u00a0<strong>backing out<\/strong>\u00a0of their plan to\u00a0<strong>acquire 77.42%\u00a0<\/strong>of Shell Pakistan Limited&#8217;s shares.
