{"id":2637,"date":"2024-03-11T14:53:29","date_gmt":"2024-03-11T14:53:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ksestocks.com\/blog\/?p=2637"},"modified":"2024-04-03T19:40:25","modified_gmt":"2024-04-03T19:40:25","slug":"mlcf-to-invest-110-million-in-healthcare-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ksestocks.com\/blog\/mlcf-to-invest-110-million-in-healthcare-sector\/","title":{"rendered":"MLCF to invest $110 million in healthcare sector"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In a notification sent to PSX on 11\/03\/2024, Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited (<strong>MLCF<\/strong>) announced the details of its investment in the healthcare sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NLCF has announced that it will <strong>invest $110 million<\/strong> in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Islamabad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Novacare Hospital Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of MLCF) will manage the construction of a state-of-the-art hospital in Islamabad. It has signed an international affiliation agreement with <strong>Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust<\/strong>, a leading UK teaching hospital group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where is the hospital located?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The hospital will be situated on a 50-kanal plot in <strong>DHA Phase-V Islamabad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DHA Phase-V is a project of the Defence Housing Authority and while still under development, is considered a premium future investment by many real estate investors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hospital will have <strong>250 beds and cover a total area of 550,000 square feet<\/strong>.
