Under the terms of this agreement, the Company will utilize the gas on a flexible &#8220;as and when&#8221; available basis, a strategic measure designed to ensure the seamless continuity of its operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On December 7, 2023<\/strong>, the shares of <strong>EPCL<\/strong> last closed at  Rs. <strong>49.5 <\/strong>per share.
