Ltd.), has initiated the bid submission process including the payment of requisite earnest money in accordance with the bidding requirements issued by the Privatization Commission regarding the privatization of Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (&#8220;<strong>PIACL<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The privatization of PIACL is being conducted through a competitive bidding process in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, with the bidding scheduled for December 23, 2025.
