AKD Research has just released an update on Oil & Gas Development Company Limited’s (OGDC) previous quarter’s financial results. Here are the important points from their 3QFY24E earnings preview:
OGDC is expected to report earnings of PkR9.93 per share for the third quarter of fiscal year 2024. Analysts project a net profit after tax (NPAT) of PkR42.67 billion, representing a significant decline of 42% compared to the previous quarter and 34% compared to the same quarter last year.

Alongside the earnings, the company is expected to announce a cash dividend of PkR2.5/sh, bringing the total dividends for the nine-month period to PkR6.60/sh, compared to PkR5.80/sh in the same period last year.
