MWMP receives acquisition intent to acquire 74.41% shares

In a notification sent to PSX on 2/06/2024, MANDVIWALLA MAUSER PLASTIC INDUSTRIES LIMITED (MWMP) announces the targeted 74.41% share acquisition by MESKAY & FEMTEE.

It is hereby informed that MANDVIWALLA MAUSER PLASTIC INDUSTRIES LIMITED) has received firm intention from MESKAY & FEMTEE TRADING COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED to acquire control or 21,391,485 voting shares (74.41%age of paid-up capital) of the MANDVIWALLA MAUSER PLASTIC INDUSTRIES LIMITED, beyond the thresholds prescribed under section 111 of the Act. This intention has been notified to the board of directors of the MANDVIWALLA MAUSER PLASTIC INDUSTRIES LIMITED on 12 June 2024; The securities exchange is requested to make the above information immediately available to the shareholders of Target Company under regulation 5(1), by placing it on the notice board and through notification on the automated information system and make an announcement on the house of the exchange.

MWMP shares were last trading at Rs 8.39 today.
