The scheduled maintenance activity of EFERT Plant II named EnVen will take place from April 21, 2024 till the June 21, 2024. The maintenance is projected to ensure the reliability and sustainability of operations.

For such a good company, it doesn't matter. Planned maintenance. Minimal impact on EPS which can be recovered later.
All scheduled. Should have no major impact on quarterly results.
